Yad4 — Dog Adoption Database
Added to the guide on November 6, 2026
Israel's national online database for lost-dog reports and adoptions, founded in 2012 by Dr. Liat Morgan, a senior veterinarian and researcher. Every animal-welfare nonprofit and municipal pound gets its own page on the site, which is entirely volunteer-run and not for profit — over the years it has listed more than 27,000 dogs for adoption and draws over 35,000 visits a month.
