Tel Aviv's young-adults center — the strongest group of them all.

The young-adults center of the Hof HaCarmel regional council: WhatsApp communities for young adults, young parents and local initiatives.
In the villages of Hof HaCarmel — between the sea, the Carmel and the moshavim — young adults can feel a bit scattered: each in their own community, with no shared town square. Carmelos, the regional council's young-adults center, built that square on WhatsApp.
The center runs WhatsApp communities across several channels: groups for the council's young adults, the 'Carmeluli' group for young parents — a space for questions, coordination and connections between new families — and channels for local initiatives. Each group is a way to discover there are more people like you in the very next village.
Joining is simple: open the official communities page, pick the groups that fit you, and join in a click. Young parents can jump straight into the Carmeluli group via the WhatsApp link.
