For most people basketball ended somewhere in high school — not because they stopped loving it, but because the framework disappeared. Basketball4U brings the framework back: amateur basketball groups and classes for adults who genuinely want to play again.

The groups are open to women and men at all levels — from those who haven't touched a ball in years to players with a past — and run at several locations in central Israel, so there's likely a session not far from you.

Getting back on the court is easy: visit the site, pick a location, and register via WhatsApp. The ball is already on the line — you just have to show up.
